Wongi lands in California, right after college, far from home.
Diana and Won spend most of their time playing games, watching anime, and hanging out with their two loving cats, Mowgli and Couch. They've found each other's permanent player 2 and look forward to exploring the world (both real and virtual) in the next chapter of their lives.
Wongi lands in California, right after college, far from home.
Diana comes to California to start work and starts hanging out with Wongi.
After hanging out a lot, Diana and Wongi start dating.
They start playing their primary game of choice together (World of Warcraft) for Legion prepatch!
Diana convinces Wongi that cats are better than dogs and they adopt Mowgli (from craigslist) and kept him hidden in Diana's apartment (no pets allowed!).
Wongi starts law school at Davis and lives in Sacramento but drives back to SF every weekend to spend time with Diana.
Wongi misses Diana too much so he starts commuting from SF to Davis every day.
They get their first cutting edge! Wongi proudly claims to be top 3 warrior (on the server). Here they are at Blizzcon:
Diana and Wongi move to a tiny studio in SF and live together with Mowgli. Wongi continues to commute to Davis to finish law school.
Diana and Wongi move to Walnut Creek, the perfect midpoint between Diana's job and Won's law school.
Wongi graduates law school, passes the bar, and starts his firm job! They commemorate Wongi's farewell to free time with a commission of their WoW characters.
Adopted Couch. They tell people that it was so Mowgli would have a brother but really they just wanted a second cat.
After supporting Wongi through law school, it's Diana's turn to take a break :) She is funemployed for over a year, pursuing hobbies like crafting and laying down.
Wongi proposes to Diana by the bay and she says yes! They spend that night at the ER for 6 hours after Diana has some bad oysters…
After being engaged for a full year (with zero movement on the wedding) Diana decides it'd be best to hire a planner.
Thanks Maggie!
Diana and Wongi are still managing to find new ways to enjoy each other's company 10 years later.
